Tali Gallery can make the decision making process smoother for you by delivering more images of art works through live demonstrations on Skype. This can easily be arranged by prior appointment.

AuthenticityTali Gallery acquires paintings from Government accredited community art centres and each work is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) guaranteeing the provenance of the works. An artist biography and information relating to the work is also provided. In those cases where art is acquired from other sources, Tali Gallery adheres strongly to the Indigenous Art Code guidelines. Support is given to young emerging urban artists who have strong negotiation skills and also to special projects relating to indigenous employment opportunities. Tali Gallery takes pride in impeccable ethical practices. 

 

Money Back Guarantee/Returns Policy

It is of upmost importance to Tali Gallery that our valued customers are completely happy with their purchase.  To ensure your satisfaction we offer a money back guarantee if you are not happy with the art work purchased through our online gallery. Please notify us within 10 days of your purchase and we will be happy to refund you for the value of the art work (minus postage costs) providing that the art work is in its original condition and accompanying documentation is included with your return.

 

Changing or cancelling an Order

If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact Tali Gallery immediately as once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. However the Returns Policy will apply in this case (see above).

Freight and Delivery

Tali Gallery will freight art works to any destination. Safe dispatch of art works is a top priority with careful attention to safe packaging practises. Reasonable prices apply and a quote can be obtained by contacting the gallery.

Deliveries within Australia usually take 3 – 5 working days.

International deliveries usually take 10 – 14 working days.

However this may vary depending on shipping destination and size.

 

Insurance  

Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Whilst every measure is taken to ensure safe delivery of purchases, Tali Gallery does not take responsibility for uninsured art works.

 

GST  

All prices are GST (Goods & Services Tax) inclusive. Overseas customers do not pay GST. However duties and/or taxes may apply to overseas destinations.  These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable on return of goods to Tali Gallery.

 

Methods of Payment 

Purchases may be made online or by phoning Tali Gallery directly . Online orders use a secure proven payment system through PayPal. We accept several payment methods and all options are designed to be as safe and secure as possible. Credit card details are not stored at any stage other than during the processing of your order. All information received from clients is strictly confidential. Your purchase will be dispatched once payment details are cleared or verified.

Payment by Credit Card : Major credit cards are accepted and payments may be made online or by contacting Tali Gallery. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make a credit card payment.

Payment by Cheque: Cheques should be written out to Tali Gallery Pty Ltd and the receipt number, your name and contact number should be clearly written on the back of the cheque. Only Australian cheques are acceptable.
