Tali Gallery will be curating an exhibition at International Grammar School aimed at raising funds for the Indigenous Bursary which the school set up in consultation with the late Charles Perkins over ten years ago.  The aim is to double the number of scholarship students to give each child in each year group a buddy and to cover expenses such as uniforms and stationery.

A VIP opening will be held on 29th May with the NSW Governor, Her Excellency, Professor Marie Bashir opening the exhibition and Richard Glover convening as the MC on the night.

Indigenous artist, Anthony Walker, will be holding workshops at the school during the week and on Saturday 31st May when the exhibition and workshops are open to the public (bookings for the workshops essential – through the school).

This is third time that Tali G has organised such a fundraiser at the school (these are photographs from the 2011 exhibition) and we are proud to be involved in this important and successful program!  Same venue with exciting new artworks!
